A simple equation: No Favre = Cheaper Minnesota Vikings tickets!

So, Brett Favre isn't coming to the Minnesota Vikings after all. Some people may be disappointed to hear this news, but I'm celebrating from a financial standpoint. What I've scouted is an immediate and visible drop in ticket prices after Favre's news broke this week. Turns out, the hype anticipating his press release caused a small surge in ticket prices as even mild fans decided this would be the year to catch a game live. But now that Brett Favre is out of the picture, those fans are not so interested. Lucky for people like me!

After tracking several sites out there, I found the best deals through this one at Minnesota Vikings Tickets. Prices are noticeably deflated--again, good for us loyal Minnesota Vikings fans. My prediction, though, is that this off-season slump will soon reverse course as September rolls around and people are swept back into Minnesota Vikings fever. That means we're currently in the price lull between Favre's news update and the time when ticket prices really pick up. Take my advice: this is prime time to scoop up Minnesota Vikings tickets. If you're like me, you know prices can't stay this low for long and those bandwagon fans are sure to renew interest and drive up prices later this summer. Word from the wise: Make sure to get your order in soon.

Cheap Twins Tickets

Next week the Minnesota Twins take on the Chicago White Sox at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Even though this series is very important in the Central Division race, you can still find great deals on Minnesota Twins Tickets. I found lower level seats for the game on Monday at the regular face value. What gives? The fact that Twins Tickets are so inexpensive leads me to believe that the Twins Fans are not on the bandwagon yet. GO TWINS!!!

Vikings Season Tickets

I talked to a buddy who is a Minnesota Vikings Season Ticket holder and he let me know that he received his Minnesota Vikings Season tickets on Friday. Apparently, the appearance of Minnesota Vikings Tickets is a step up from years past. The Minnesota Vikings Season Tickets come in a book instead of a sheet like they have in years past. It will be interesting to see if the fact that the Vikings Tickets came out earlier this year will alter Vikings Ticket demand and prices.

As a side note, what is Brett Favre waiting for? GO VIKES!!!

Minnesota Wild Tickets are available

The Minnesota Wild announced their schedule yesterday and tickets are now available for the 2009-2010 Wild season. I noticed that local ticket brokers, like Ticket King already have MN Wild Tickets posted for sale. The Wild's schedule is going to be good one with 41 home games at the Xcel Energy Center there are plenty of games to go to.

The home opener will be Tuesday October 6 at 8:00 against the Anaheim Ducks. Wild fans are already gearing up for a big season with new coach Todd Richards and a new lineup without Marian Gaborik

Minnesota Vikings Season Tickets Mailed Today

I just talked to a buddy of mine who is a season ticket holder for the Minnesota Vikings and he told me he received an email that the season tickets were being dropped into the mail today! I also heard that this years tickets will not be a crappy cardboard sheet like they have been forever, but finally the Vikings are catching up with the times and the season tickets will be sent in books with tear out tickets like the MN Wild do it. With Brett Favre mania getting more and more hype the closer we get to the training camp, it is highly likely that Minnesota Vikings Tickets for the Vikings/Packers game on October 5th is sure to be a total sell out. So unless you are one of the lucky Vikings fans receiving your tickets this week in the mail, I suggest that if you want to see the Vikings (with Favre, hopefully) take on the Pack you better by your tickets soon!

Vikings vs. 49'ers Tickets

I talked to a gal that I have become friends with at Ticket King and she told me that Minnesota Vikings Tickets for the game versus the 49'ers on September 27th are selling super fast and that her boss was considering raising the prices on the game. I am sure the Brett Favre rumor has caused many Vikings fans to jump all over this game. My bet is that this game will totally explode because of the fact that this Vikings game will be Brett Favre's first regular season Vikings Game wearing the purple #4. Buy your tickets now while you can still get lower level seats for around $100/Ticket and upper level seats at $30/Ticket. GO VIKES!!!

Cheap Twins vs. Tigers Tickets

If you are one of the 10% of Minneapolis/St. Paul residents who does not own or know someone who owns a cabin to go to over the Fourth of July Weekend, I have the perfect activity for you and your family tomorrow afternoon. Minnesota Twins Tickets for the game tomorrow are super inexpensive. Even though there are going to be close to 30,000 fans at the Metrodome, Ticket King is selling lower level seats for less than face value. The best thing about that is you can even pick up your Twins Tickets at their office two blocks from the Dome. Grab you "Homer Hanky" and head down to the Metrodome for some Matinee baseball.
